Three Wyoming agencies: Department of Health, Office of Medicaid (Medicaid), Wyoming Department of Family Services (DFS) and Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) oversee this project for their work with PRTFs, RTCs, group homes and BOCES providers that serve Wyoming children who have been placed at facilities through the Wyoming courts.
